To take advantage of this service you must notify us in writing or via email within 14 days of your product been delivered. Once this has been done we will provide you with a returns number, which must be given when returning the goods. When arranging return of goods please ensure the item is securely packaged and use a recognised courier service. If you require us to collect the goods please let us know and we will make the arrangements.

Returned products must be in the original condition supplied UNOPENED with the original packaging. Any products that are noticeably different in condition will not be accepted, and in such instances you may liable for any costs associated with collecting the items.
