Refunds
All our products are eligible for the 14 day money back guarantee. This means that provided you have notified us of your intention to return the product within 14 working days of taking delivery you are assured of a refund. Returned products must be in the original condition supplied with the original packaging. Beyond this option you will also receive a refund or replacement product if your item develops a fault and cannot be repaired at any stage during the one year's manufacturers cover.

Returns
As noted above you can return your goods within the first 14 working days of taking delivery. After this period the only other reason for accepting a return is a terminal fault with the unit. Outside of this we cannot accept any returns unfortunately. Before returning your item please contact us first. Once we have agreed to the return we will issue you with a returns number. This must be provided when returning your goods. Failure to do so may well slow your refund process or invalidate your return entirely. If you are arranging return yourself please use a secure courier service. Please note that any damage during transportation will be your responsibility and you will have to take up the claim with the courier company.

 

Incorrect, Damaged or any shortages / errors must be notified within 14 days of receiving the goods.


Delivery charges may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
